We visited Pearl Bridal House looking for a particular Jenny Yoo dress. The experience was perfect: dress was found, tried on, measurements taken and it arrived as promised. The staff are helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. They also have a large bridesmaid dress selection.

I should have read reviews before selecting this store for what was supposed to be a very special weekend. I contacted Pearl Bridal House well in advance as I was flying myself and family members out from Nova Scotia to try on specific dresses and designers that are not available in my province. All of this was clear in the initial appointment request. They booked the appointment no problem. We arrive and it is raining, we do not have a car as we all flew in for this and took an Uber. Experienced the same things as all the other bad reviews. - Wouldn't tell me the sample size I was trying on. They said it was their policy to not know their sample sizes and they would go by the size chart if I bought through them. How does that make sense to go by the size chart if the sample fits perfectly? - No help getting into the dress, only zipped me up - Pushy and pressured to buy within the initial appointment - the $30 appointment fee does not go towards dress purchase - for $30 appointment fee, no refreshments we... read more

I was so excited to make Pearl my first stop to try on wedding dresses as I’ve had my eye on Jenny Yoo gowns since before I got engaged. Unfortunately, they completely ignored me! I tried to book an appointment via their website, and when I didn’t hear back, followed up via phone and instagram dm with no success.
