Highly recommend visiting this bridal shop for very attentive and helpful service! I was able to try on so many dresses and was never rushed through the process. The shop is a great place to check out Jenny Yoo designs while there are also other designers. Thank you to Pearl Bridal House for your insights, help, and very patient service!

Good variety of dresses at affordable prices. However, was not impressed with the service. We were told to stay seated for the entire appointment and we were not allowed to touch or pull any dresses for the bride. The salesperson was not warm, and she was very pushy for the bride to make decisions even though this was the first time she tried on dresses. Worth a shot to go and look, but not the best experience.

My wife and I came here twice last year, to try on a few potential dresses, as they are one of the few places that had Jenny Yoo dresses in Canada. The associate we were given didn't read the intake form at all, and felt rushed the entire time. An unpleasant experience overall. Nothing like the other bridal stores we went to. Do yourself a favour and stay away.

This boutique is beautiful, had a large selection of dresses of all styles and designers, and the staff were very kind and helpful. I was able to browse the dresses and select which styles to try on, which I appreciated. My stylist was also very conscious of my budget and made an effort to guide me towards dresses that fit within my criteria. I had an amazing experience at Pearl Bridal House! Even thought I was only purchasing an off the rack dress for my engagement party, the ladies still made my appointment feel special. The associate I was working with was so kind - I was only planning to try on one dress but she showed me several different styles and made the appointment so fun! The shop is also so beautiful, sunny and bright.
