Shopped here for gowns in the past and had a great experience! I’m giving 3 stars as the consignor program has been disappointing as they are not following through on their 1 year contracts. I had 2 dresses there and was told after 4 months to pick them up.
My daughter put her Grad Dress on consignment only 2 months ago and in order do so she had to pay this store a dry cleaning fee and sign 1 year contact. They contacted her this week telling her that she has to pick up the dress within 5 days and they are no longer willing to sell her dress as they have discontinued the program. I picked her dress up today and they gave it to me in a plastic bag and not the nice zipper bag it was originally in. I asked for a zipper bag and I was told they put all bags into a recycling program... read more
