Extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional! As a business owner myself, I expect a basic level of respect when making a purchase. The way I was treated made it clear my business wasn’t valued, so I’ll gladly take it elsewhere.
I placed an order since 10/23/24. It's now 11/14/24 that's almost 3 weeks, and I have not received my product. I called and nobody picks up my call. The voice mail is full and I couldn't leave a message. The customer service is very, very, very, very BAD. Unfortunately, I'm out of state. I'm neither getting my product nor my money back . Nobody should order online from them. They're just interested in your money. Exceptional Poor customer service. I'm very, very, disappointed. Pearl Beauty Supply deserves zero stars.
