I made a last minute appointment while we were visiting Chicago. I needed color correction (after I decided 6 months ago that I can do my own highlights) Naz (spelling?) was my stylist. She immediately understood the assignment, was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I owe her for saving my hair!!!
