Real good at making apologies. Body work...not so much.
Great Service...didn't even charge us!! – We ran into a poor little racoon this other night and the little guy popped our fog light right out. Well, we dropped into Pearl Auto Body and they replaced a few clips and popped it back in without even charging us!! Little job, but they were great. I will definitely be going back if I have the misfortune or doing more damage to any of my cars. Thanks Pearl Auto Body!!!
BOULDER'S Best Auto Body Repair Shop – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I have been to Pearl Auto Body twice in the past few years and they have provided a wonderful service! They got me in a for an appointment quickly to give me a quote on the damage. They then arranged for a time that worked for me to begin repairs, explained the process to me and arranged for the rental car agency to pick me up from the shop and get me into my rental car ASAP. Not recommended – I went to Pearl Auto Body for a very minor ding to my rear taillight and bumper and despite making an appointment (including letting them inspect the vehicle several days ahead of time), they refused to give me straight answers about how long they needed to keep my car -- not even an estimate. This was very inconvenient in terms of planning my transportation while the car was out of commission. They kept my car for a week and although they phoned me every day they did not provide straightforward information... read more
Great Body Shop - excellent work - friendly staff – Our van looks beautiful now! And, we left Christmas presents in the van and it was in the shop over the weekend. We were able to get in touch with the owner and he met us there so we were able to get them. He went above and beyond in helping us. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and made sure our needs were met. I highly recommend Pearl Street Auto Body.
NOT RECOMMENDED - horrible turn around / communication – To make a long story short, I went in for an estimate and was told it would take at most a day. They took a week, they never called me, and every time I called them I received the same story "We are busy" "We are just finishing it up" "We will have it to you in 2 hours" "I was on vacation".
