After double knee replacement surgery I spent 4 weeks at Pearl and Pine to recover. The staff were wonderful. It is a beautful residence and the people who live there are warm and friendly. I would very much recommend Pearl and Pine for recovery and as a permanent residence for those who enjoy company and loads of activities to keep you busy.
It’s a wonderful facility for respite care after a hospital stay. I stayed for two weeks and my suite was exceptional-It contained a washer/dryer and the most amazing walk-in closet. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The meals were excellent and food was plentiful. I would highly recommend the Pine and Pearl especially for respite care.
This is quite simply the best possible place for Respite. The staff are all friendly, helpful and professional. They have excellent food and service, and a well stocked fridge for times when a snack will do. I have been there three times, and plan on going back as it is such a great help. As a bonus, they show curated movies most nights in a very comfortable theatre.
I spent 2 weeks at The Pearl & Pine as a respite after surgery . The staff (including nurses, personal support workers, waitresses/servers, housekeepers etc) all make you feel welcome and make a point to get to know your name. The food (chef prepared) was delicious. All of the services built in were great in doing everything needed to support me during my recovery including driving me to my medical appointments. I highly recommend The Pearl & Pine.
