I spent 2 weeks at The Pearl & Pine as a respite after surgery . The staff (including nurses, personal support workers, waitresses/servers, housekeepers etc) all make you feel welcome and make a point to get to know your name. The food (chef prepared) was delicious. All of the services built in were great in doing everything needed to support me during my recovery including driving me to my medical appointments. I highly recommend The Pearl & Pine.

My Mum booked the Pearl and Pine for her post surgery recovery. Upon visiting her I could help but notice the incredibly supportive nature of all staff members. They all went out of their way to ensure she was comfortable and safe. The facility is very well maintained and is located in the heart of downtown Burlington making it easy for visitors to enjoy the lakefront and other amenities. Highly recommend you consider for your loved one’s.
One of the best decisions I have ever made. After 5 weeks in hospital my husband needed respite care. Researched a few places but none seemed as equipped with the care my husband required. From day one the staff reviewed his medical needs, personal needs and many things I never would have thought of. Being on the ball is term I am using but, they were way beyond that.
