I was referred to Dr. Pearl through my PCP, due to very bad ENT issues I’ve struggled with over the years. Dr. Pearl was very patient and precise in his judgment and diagnosis. I felt comfortable, but more importantly- I felt heard.. I am still in the process of addressing my ENT issues, through prescribed medications, for which i had to take over and extended period of time due to the severity. My medical progress thus far is improving, and Dr. Pearl’s projected post treatment determination is in effect.
He cancelled on my appointment, which I made three weeks prior, one day before my appointment and told me that the next available appointment time was for a literal month from today (April 25th -> May 24th). Unprofessional and frankly irresponsible.
