The visit went well. Everyone was great. Cleaning was comfortable. However…. Before checking in, I asked the receptionist about my copay. She told me a certain amount in which I found kind of pricey for a cleaning. She said my insurance was in network. “It pays 80%”. In fact, it paid for everything (until I came here supposedly). Had an awesome experience at Pearl! The office is super clean and modern, and everyone was so friendly. The girls at the front were so nice and welcoming, and the insurance specialist made everything a breeze—it was so easy being a first-time patient! They got me in quickly, and Arriege, my hygienist, was amazing—super efficient and informative! Highly recommend!
Best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Ljiljana Karan is impressively knowledgeable and so skilled, I was amazed at what she did for my teeth and trust her completely. Staff was wonderful too. Look forward to going again.
Staff is friendly, cleanings were comfortable. Please make sure to review your bill at checkout. There don’t seem to be any processes in place to ensure that the front desk is confirming actual treatment received before billing. I was told a $ amount and upon further questioning, realized they charged me for a treatment I hadn’t received.
