I just had to leave Dr. LJ and the staff at Park Road a 5 star review for their work, hospitality, and commitment to making dental work less scary and more comfortable. Dental work in the past has been traumatizing and painful leading me to not want to get dental work done. I used to love going here, but they've seemingly become increasingly negligent and predatory recently. 1) we've struggled to have them update their paperwork properly to our insurance company (about 2 years now) which caused them to mess up billing and try to overbill us to compensate themselves. Our insurance company highlighted the correction they needed to make, but never got it properly done, and the dentist kept trying to bill us for the mistake. I have had good experiences with pearl. The only pet peeve is that they’re never on time. Expect to wait at least 20-30 minutes on average for your appointment. When someone only has an hour lunch that’s incredibly frustrating. They’re very eager to get you scheduled but it feels like they do not manage time properly.
Pearl Dentistry is amazing! My wife and I go to the Park Road location. Hygienist Arriege and Dr. LJ are great!
I had such an excellent experience with Arriege and Dr. LJ! All of my concerns and questions were met with great care and they made me so comfortable at my visit.
