Pearcy auto recently rebuilt my rear-end on my 2014 ram 1500. After 3 other garages diagnosed the problem and would not fix it the last garage recommended pearcy's. I called them and they said yes we could fix the rear end.They kept me informed during the process took about a month but not due to pearcys but due to availability of the parts needed and shipping time. These guys did an “alignment” on my lady’s car. Steering wheel still shakes a little, but it’s an old car! No biggie right? Not only did they never give her a spec sheet, but LESS THAN A YEAR LATER my new tires have wires sticking out of the inside only. Clear uneven wear from being out of alignment.
