When I moved to Caerphilly 8 years ago I was recommended Pearce and Sons for my repairs. They have always treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. Today they showed me my old brake pads and disks to help me understand more about my vehicle and they always talk me through any repairs. They have always charged a really reasonable price and I'm grateful to have been recommended them. Down to earth, lovely gentlemen. Highly recommend them.
Recently had my mot done here and a new radiator today, really lovely guys and great prices. Won't be taking my car anywhere else from now on, thank you.
- Hi, I was wondering if I could services my car in your garage? - No. And hung up. Wow - if you can't handle a call properly, probably it's best to steer away from your garage. Whoever spoke to me on the phone should not have access to it. :)
