Mr. Pearce did a great job representing my daughter with several cases she accumulated at a tough time in her life. He was able to get all of her charges dismissed on several cases. He knows his stuff and is well respected by his peers in the courthouse. His rates are reasonable. He actually likes taking on more complicated cases that other attorneys shy away from. If you need a great lawyer James Pearce is a great choice!!!!!

Excellent! I spoke to a lot of attorneys, many who wouldn’t even touch my ticket, but none came close to his level of experience and qualification. Although his record is impressive, he managed to still far exceeded my wildest expectations! He kindly explained everything and was able to get my ticket reduced twice. Furthermore, he was even able to get a PJC, which I didn’t even think was possible! I couldn’t be more pleased with his services!
Mr. Pearce did an amazing job getting my traffic charges reduced, and some of them were even dropped. I highly recommend him to anyone needing an attorney to represent them in a traffic case. I was told by a couple of different DAs that I'd lose my license for a year, and he saved my license privileges. I truly can't thank him enough for what he did for me.
