Our furnace stopped working. One and only call to Pearce Heating &AC . Tim checked our furnace and gave us three options. Based on his clear explanation we chose to replace our furnace with their recommendation on furnace model. Btw with the furnace out we were able to keep the main part of our house warm in 40 degree weather because of the great mini-split that Pearce installed a few years back. Clair inspected the furnace Tues of Thanksgiving week and determined not only was the 20 y/o furnace faulty (which we suspected) but needed to be turned off immediately because of a CO leak. We decided on a new furnace and that was installed the following day at standard pricing :-) James and Pete did a fantastic job on the installation. Will use Pearce for our annual servicing and any repairs in the future

We had a house generator interlock and gas hookup installed and Brian and his team were excellent! Great communication, fair price, very efficient and thorough, and performed a detailed walkthrough of how to setup and use the generator system once they were done. They made sure the place was in better shape than when they arrived. I highly recommend them and would not take my business anywhere else.
Pearce saved my family's Christmas! My old furnace failed on December 18th, with four family members arriving from across the globe on the 22nd. The Pearce team arrived that morning and worked without a break until heat was successfully restored to my very full house! I could not recommend the entire Pearce team and the quality of their work more highly.
