The Pearce team was great from start to finish. They communicated well, educated me on the systems and choices and then followed through on time with excellent quality work. The install team was cheerful and professional and were very careful when inside the house, coming and going into the crawlspace. They identified a defect the builder had made and corrected it. They were very thorough. I would definitely recommend them!
I needed a new furnace and from start to finish, Pearce did an excellent job. From Bill coming out and assessing the situation to the final day of installation, James, Victor and Ben were wonderful. They were professional, courteous and respectful, always explaining what they were doing and why. Even when there were some problems, they found a solution. Jake and Victor installed a new Honeywell air filtration system and Bryant High Efficiency natural gas furnace for us on 12/26/25. They were on time and worked without a break until the job was done and its performance tested and confirmed. We are totally pleased by the service provided by Pearce.
I highly recommend using Pearce Heating! I have used them for both past service and more recently, the install of a new furnace and A/C unit. During the install, they were very helpful and took time to answer any question I had. More, they took their time and made sure that every connection was done right and fixed all issues that they found.
