Texted - could the service man come early? Of course. Bill showed up soon, professional, explained what he would do. Didn’t up charge for unnecessary service. Left both inside & out clean. Fair price.
We recently had Pearce Heating complete a redo of our entire HVAC system. To describe the scope of the issue, we had a 12 yr old system where the AC was leaking refrigerant that was unable to be fixed by another company - the dye test was unable to locate the leak source. To make matters worse they had installed the previous system without a sufficient return on the second floor, turning it into a heat dome even when the system had been working. Pearce performed our yearly furnace and AC inspection and maintenance yesterday. Tim was our service technician and performed an extremely thorough and professional inspection. Tim just like Bill in previous years was extremely honest and don't try to upsell us on unneeded repairs or replacement. Thanks to Tim for his honesty and professionalism.
Excellent service from Pearce. They installed a new furnace, added A/C, and added new ducting. It all works great. They were as quiet as possible when working. They cleaned up as they worked and left the house very clean at the end of the day. They were sure to put down cloth on our floors so that they wouldn't scratch them. They covered our things with plastic covers; we had zero dust on our things even though they cut through the drywall. Thanks again to Tim, Brian, Jacob, Makaio, Mike and Peter.
