PEARCE CRASH REPAIRS are excelent. I felt very welcomed, met with integrity, respect, care and empathy for my situation. By far one of the most excelent customer services i have experienced in a long time in general, not to speak about being stressed about ypur sitiation with the car. Very happy with result and the way i have been treated through to the outcome i was seeking.
1 star is too much...sent an email with photographs of a vehicle that requires painting requesting an estimate and or quote...that was 4 days ago...no quote received, no acknowledgement, no phone call...you be the judge of the calibre of this business...no self respecting organisation would conduct themselves in such a manner..

These guys are constantly busy...and that should show the proof in the pudding!!! There is a reason they have a constant stream of work. Great work, high quality output, owner is beyond lovely, only hold up was getting parts (beyond their control - brand new HAVAL GT). You hope to never need a crash repairer for repeat work but, you do recommend one when you get great service and workmanship. Word of mouth is best form of advertising.
