I love this place -- best MINI mechanics in SF! The 5 star were earned by Pearce Autotech for these reasons: Star 1: Even though they were closed on the weekend, I wrote to see when I might be able to bring my ailing MINI in. Jason wrote me back (I'm guessing the owner) that weekend to schedule me in for the upcoming Tuesday.
