I want to say out the gate, Pear Tree’s customer service has really gone downhill over the past few years. They pretty much never printed or shipped my recent order - and now I literally have no holiday cards less than a week before Christmas despite ordering 10 days ago. Worst part... I’ve called 3x asking for shipping info over the course of the past week and each time told “it’s sitting in shipping and will ship tmrw”.
