Although relative newbie house owners in the Pear Tree Fields estate, we found the Sales team extremely helpful from our initial enquires through to completion, thank you Richard and Ally. Since taking up occupation we have also been impressed by the Customer Care team of Dan and technician Lee. Thank you both.
Hi, extremely poor service, I am one of the home owners. I got my keys about a year back, I had concerns regarding my garden as the water used to get stagnated. I got the keys in October and escalated regarding the issue to St Modwen in the month of November about it. First an engineer came and said everything we will take it from here. Since then , they started making excuses that the garden is in such condition because of our dog, we never had any pet and that too it was from the point we got the keys.
