Brilliant company to deal with from sales staff to engineer, who measured on site (twice)and the liaison with our Builders who installed the staircase. Thrilled with our staircase and would highly recommend Pear Stairs.
I have been a customer of Pear Stairs for many years - Not anymore following a phone call today with Lee Jones their Director (after chasing a week on) Critical items were left of my delivery, yes things go wrong but a simple phone call or email would have avoided wasted time and cost with installation. This mistake by Pears cost me £350 but Lee thought it unreasonable that i should ask for this to be covered.
