If there was an option to give 0.5 star rating then I certainly would have done so without hesitation. Purchased 1st set of loft stairs and paid balance in full prior to the commission of the staircase after I had to provide the proposed staircase drawing. It transpired the drawings I gave did not meet building regulations and a week of going back and forth I had to pay extra monies for an extra step at the bottom which had to be incorporated, fortunately I had the space to do this.
