I had my roof replaced with a lifetime warranty on shingles/labor. I had a leak so I got Ed back to have a look. It was in an area that had leaked before and was one of the reasons I had the roof replaced. Ed looked at it and said he doesn't like to work for free....so what? Am I supposed to pay? Ed will make you all kinds of promises and tell you what you want to hear but if he gets a job that pays more than yours, he will put you on the back burner. He will tell you they're on their way to do your job but in reality Ed's crew is at another job that pays more. After 4 days of broken promises and excuses, he even went as far as saying his crew was on their way to my house, but after waiting for 3 hours, he said his crew stopped for lunch, then he told me that he "didn't know where they were." We are very pleased with the roofing job done by Peaks and Valleys; Ed and his staff were professional and skilled. Their attention to detail and cleanliness of the site was welcomed. Ed and the boys put the shingles, soffit, and facia on the roof of our new outbuilding in November 2024 and did a great job. The black facia proved to be a bit of a challenge due to the buckling in the heat of the spring and early summer this year, but they came out and resolved all the issues. Great guarantee on their work. Will definitely have them out again when I'm ready for eavestrough!
