Amazing experience, was referred here by my family doctor for my prenatal care and delivery of my first baby. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. You see the same nurse the entire time and different doctor each time but every doctor I met was wonderful. I am so grateful for the Peaks to Prairies team. Everyone in my family has been blown away at the care I have received this pregnancy and throughout delivery. I highly recommend!!
Nightmare experience. I had a miscarriage weeks ago and they keep calling me every single week to get me in. I have told them multiple times I have miscarried, I am no longer pregnant, please stop calling me, and every week like clockwork...they're calling me again. I would like to get over this and these people keep calling to remind me of this horrible experience I've been through. I hope I do not have to ever come here.

I want to say upfront my rating of 0/5 has little to do with most (but not all) of the doctors or nurses as people but overall is a reflection of systemic failure. Your seeing a different doctor every time, communication seems to be poor and each doctor has their own opinion and style. They are rushed as they manage both the clinic and the hospital during their shifts simultaneously, so you might be waiting for hours and hours or they might be in a panic to leave asap. I was not informed that NONE of these doctors are OBGYNs... read more
