They overbooked our trip so we were sent to the neighboring boat company (that was fine, it was a very nice boat, it was nicer than expected) we also booked a party bus to come get us AND bring us back to our Airbnb, it was overbooked so we had to Uber. We booked a captain to pilot the boat, but was completely unaware that we had to pay him separately. That was an awkward moment, but it all worked out!
we booked with 2 days in advance and had a little bit of trouble with booking (completely my fault) deshawn was really helpful with getting everything settled and booked! when we arrived he was great and helped us get everything going smoothly and quickly! he also upgraded us and it made the day 1000 times better! we will be using them again!
