We enjoyed our stay here with one Major issue... We enjoyed pretty much everything about our stay, the location was great, staff were good and the room was clean. However, we booked a non view room which backed onto the alley which we were aware of and did not bother us. But, what we didn't realise was that this alley was used as a service road for neighbouring businesses and it got noisy early. If you are staying in Banff, it’s worth being right downtown on Bear Street. The hotel was really wonderful! The rooms were clean, beds super comfortable, and decor/view was modern and beautiful. At the last minute the hotel offered to upgrade us to a Loft room for a minor fee and I’m so glad we did that. The extra room and kitchenette was a great idea for the four nights we were there, not to mention the view! We would 100% stay here again and recommend to anybody staying in Banff!
