We had the great pleasure of staying here, but only for one night. They were full so we had to move to another hotel. The room was great, quiet, super comfy, great amenities, loved the storage benches and awesome robes. We had an "alley view " but the alley was to a busy shopping area and it was very nice and fun to watch. This location is excellent. The washroom in the hall on our floor was so useful. I've never seen that before but what a great idea. I hope we make it back some day for a longer visit.
Brilliant location for the town, in the heart of the action whilst being quiet at the same time.
Fantastic stay! The hotel was great, the rooms were clean and the staff was super nice. Especially Maddy and Elijah made us feel like we’re in good hands. Their competence and courtesy was incredible and very welcoming. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
The garage key that they provided didn't work. The security person showed up.... talked to me with such harsh manner... I got scared. He fixed the key that front desk messed up but it was very unprofessional, unpleasant and ruined my vacation.
We loved our stay here! The front desk and cleaning staff were the best. The staff at the front desk had recommendations on hikes and even booked our shuttles to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake for us and told us exactly where and when we needed to be there. The rooms were very nice and clean. We had a small balcony but it seems you can get rooms with bigger balconies (wasn’t a negative during our stay).
