the most important aspects to a review are: 1. cleanliness - this place is cleeeeeeeean. corners of the room clean. sheets clean and not over bleached. bathrooms spotless. 2. water - pressure is amazing and they have three freaking shower head options. rainfall, removable and the these two jets that oscillate! i like a shower lava hot, does it get there no but my husband said for regular people it’s great. 3. noise: we stayed 4th floor and, i requested a quiet room and they delivered. often hotels gave paper thin walls, not ... read more
Wonderful, clean, modern hotel with a great location. Away from the madness of Banff Ave, but close enough to the center to be convenient for dining, shopping, transportation, and tours. We were assigned a room right along the driveway where service trucks would pull in every morning around 6-6:30am, but it wasn't an issue for us because we had to wake up early every morning during our stay there. And Banff is not an ideal place to sleep in anyways. If you want a more peaceful sleep, I would recommend asking for a quiet room... read more
