I recently tried the Royal Paneer at Peaked Pies Cafe, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich.- This new flavour is worth stopping by.
The flavour was well balanced, the pastry was crisp, and the filling was just perfect.
This is the hard kind to write, because the places that crash and burn at least give you something to push against, while this one just sat there being mildly disappointing. Just a slow leak of expectation. I drove and walked past their various locations for too long, something always cutting between me and the door, and watching how fast they are multiplying across the map I had more or less talked myself into loving them before even trying their food, as I appreciate a pie.
