I couldn’t be happier. Best remedial massage I’ve had. Ellie was very careful and it was great to relieve my back pain.
I was a bit hesitant at first because I'd never had a remedial massage before. Nina made me feel very comfortable, she was clearly knowledgeable and talked me through the process and my recovery. I left not only comfortable but pain free and relaxed.
Highly recommend. I initially booked in to see Elle for severe neck pain and spasms that had been ongoing for over 2 weeks. I found the results to be far more effective than 2 visits to another physio. Elle is highly knowledgeable and quickly isolated the cause, effected regions and knew the best approach to therapy. I have a really bad neck pain from an acromion that results in a really stiff trap muscle. I've been to few therapists about it and Nina was the one that managed to help me a lot. She was really knowledgeable, managed to release lot of tension and help me with a recovery plan.
Nina and the team at Peake Health are welcoming, professional and excellent at what they do. Hands down the best massage I’ve come across - my niggles and pains are diminishing nicely! Thanks guys
