I sent an inquiry to Peak Catering for our wedding next year and got a response within 30 minutes from Natalie who provided great breakdowns. Unfortunately my budget is a third of what a wedding costs nowadays so I have to pass or find more money. Natalie was very helpful and suggested alternatives.
I ordered the Christmas dinner for our family and it was absolutely incredible. We added the holiday ham and the mac and cheese—both were standout additions and so worth it. There were eight of us, and even after a big Christmas brunch, the portions were perfectly generous. The packaging and reheating instructions were incredibly easy to follow, and everything tasted fresh and beautifully prepared. We just picked up our Christmas dinner for six people. We have done this for many years with different restaurants and catering companies. This is the first time we have used Peake catering. All of the other companies have provided a generous amount of turkey. Unfortunately we are now in a position of having to find a way to feed six people with a portion made for only 4. Called to inquire and the lady on the phone was less than kind. Don’t even bother with this company, super rude and unprofessional. When calling to inquire, it was hard to even get a time to call. The lady on the phone told me to check their website and did not want to waste her time talking to me. All they wanna hear about is the budget. Thankfully, I found another caterer in Burnaby for my event. Who are so kind. Good luck with your business peak catering.
