RUN AWAY. Lipstick on a pig!! The combination of the building clearly being built in a haphazard rush combined with either an understaffed management/maintenance crew or they don’t care or they are incompetent makes this an overpriced trainwreck. This 5 star review is for Shane in the maintenance department. He is very thorough & kind. He provided the necessary maintenance after I moved into my newly renovated apartment. He also answered a few questions I had. I appreciate the top notch customer service he provided.
I’ve had a great experience living at Peake apartments, Specially working with Jodi. The whole process of leasing went very smoothly and I’m very pleased with the apartment, facilities and management overall.
You pay for trash pickup and then get $50 fines for them not picking it up at the specified time. There is some problem with the management.
I recently moved into the Peake and working with Jodi has been so amazing! She has been incredibly helpful and happy to answer any questions that have came up. She made the whole process a breeze and I’m so thankful!
