I've been going to Peak Wellness for a few years now and look forward to my Registered Massage Therapy appointment with Alwenn each month! She's been so helpful with relieving stress from my shoulders and neck. Also, all the staff I've met there are simply lovely - very welcoming and kind! A delight!

Alwenn is the best RMT I have ever seen. I am frequently in pain due to the work I do and going to see Alwenn really helps loosen everything up. Added bonus are the great conversations I had with her. Felt like getting Counselling and massage all at once. Highly recommend going to see her!
I love coming to peak wellness centre. From the friendly helpful front end staff to all the massage therapists I've seen in the past 10 plus years. I love each one for differant reasons. I always leave my apptm feeling refreshed!
Peak wellness has kind and organized customer service, as well as a clean environment. The RMT is very professional and well educated providing the best pain and muscle relief of any RMT I have ever visited.
