I have been seeing Debbie at Peak Wellness since 2022 and I can confidently say she is exceptional at what she does. I used to live in North Vancouver and would gladly make the trip just to see her. That’s how good she is. The front desk team is always warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, and scheduling has been seamless every single time. Alwenn is the best RMT I have ever seen. I am frequently in pain due to the work I do and going to see Alwenn really helps loosen everything up. Added bonus are the great conversations I had with her. Felt like getting Counselling and massage all at once. Highly recommend going to see her!

I love coming to peak wellness centre. From the friendly helpful front end staff to all the massage therapists I've seen in the past 10 plus years. I love each one for differant reasons. I always leave my apptm feeling refreshed!
My experience and treatment at Peak Wellness Centre with Alwenn as my massage therapist has helped manage and provided relief from chronic pain. Alwenn goes above and beyond in not only providing a soothing massage but in helping me understand the muscles that are involved and what I can do at home to help with the pain I am experiencing.
