I established care with this practice but was not asked to sign releases to obtain prior medical records. As a result, continuity of care was lacking, and important context was missing during follow-up. Notes of appointment visits were inaccurate. Truthfully, Peak Wellness Center saved me. I was very ill for more than a month, and absolutely had no interest in going to a clinic, and yet I knew the time had come for me to see a doctor, but I had no insurance. However, from the moment that I called Peak, they kindly and gently walked me through the enrollment progress. The quality of care was caring and fantastic.
