I established care with this practice but was not asked to sign releases to obtain prior medical records. As a result, continuity of care was lacking, and important context was missing during follow-up. Notes of appointment visits were inaccurate. Truthfully, Peak Wellness Center saved me. I was very ill for more than a month, and absolutely had no interest in going to a clinic, and yet I knew the time had come for me to see a doctor, but I had no insurance. However, from the moment that I called Peak, they kindly and gently walked me through the enrollment progress. The quality of care was caring and fantastic. Getting help from people like this is immensely frustrating, if not impossible, they seem to enjoy stringing you along for months on end without any clear goal in mind, they constantly change their story, and worst of all, if you are suffering from pain, they are much more likely to simply tell you to take an aspirin and ibuprofen and that you'll be fine, even if you're dealing with parts of your body dying while they are still attached to you.
