Lisa is the best! I have been seeing her to treat some chronic back and neck pain I deal with from working extensive hours at a desk and I always leave feeling refreshed. She gives me tips to help manage the pain and stretch for in between sessions that are easy to do, while educating me on what causes the pain and how to relieve it. Oh my goodness, if you have not booked an appointment with Dr. Lisa, what are you even doing?! I seriously can’t thank her enough. I was able to get a last minute work-in (wasn’t expecting that at all) for my neck pain. She was so thorough with her assessment, treatment and sent me home with exercises to help me. She even reached out a day later to see how I was doing. So lucky to have found Dr. Palmer to help me through neck and back injuries. Similar to other reviews, I appreciated how much time she took listening to me, asking about my physical activities and goals prior to treatment. In my particular case she used a combination of adjustments, cupping, dry needling and take-home exercises. Communication is one of her super powers - whether she's explaining her assessment and treatment proposal or following up after appointments. I will 100% be a return customer.

Dr. Lisa is AMAZING. She has met with me and walked me through one of the most difficult and painful periods of my life. As I have been on my journey she has been there to answer questions and even to just talk through different parts of the body (which she is so knowledgeable about). I could not recommend her more, she will take her time and truly treat you!

I met Lisa while in a state of desperation. I had suddenly found out what sciatica was while visiting my sister in TX. Besides my intense pain and lack of mobility, I was scheduled to leave the US for a month long international trip. Lisa met me at our first appointment and immediately began to address my issues.
