Cate is the best! The location is cozy and relaxing, and Cate is very knowledgeable about how to address your specific concerns each visit. She can explain anatomy well and help provide advice on how to improve functionality/pain outside of the visits too. Additionally, I always look forward to seeing Cate, and know she will be open to chat or let me just lay in silence too. Highly recommend her to all my friends!
I have seen Joey for a few years now; he is the absolute best! I could not have found a better massage therapist that works out any concerns I have within my body. I cannot recommend Joey and Peak Valley Bodywork enough.
I chose Peak Valley Bodywork specifically because Kate and her partner only do therapeutic massage. I appreciate a therapist who can effectively target and relieve the muscle tension and knots in my body and Kate is that therapist! Cate and Joey are both lovely humans! They are so fun & friendly and easy to work with. They have a beautiful space, and always make me feel welcome. I’ve only received massages from Cate, who I cannot recommend enough. She’s so intentional with her work, and I always leave feeling incredible. 10 stars ⭐️
My husband and I both see Cate and Joey, and they are both miracle workers! They are both amazing professionals and the best at what they do. My left shoulder was in a bad state and I had pain radiating from my jaw down my back, and it was instant relief after my sessions with Cate. I cannot recommend them enough!
