Peak-topia has an environment that is encouraging, challenging and invigorating. I highly recommend!
Great gym, small group workout sessions. I am 71 they work with me to increase weights and intensity in a gradual pattern so I reduce the chance of injury, while improving balance and strength. Jenn and DJ are great motivators.
Peak-topia has been a game changer for me. All the trainers are great and personable. Makes me want to never stop going. Making new friends and everyone is so welcoming!
