By far worst experience!! I sold my house in November and the buyer chose to go with Peak Title. They had the wire transfer of my loan with them more then 90 days and never updated me on anything nor gave a legitimate reason . I started getting emails sent to me by Mr cooper stating I was passed due on my mortgage in January. This is when I lost it. How is it possible for a home to be sold in November of 2024 was still not paid off and I had to deal with this in January 2025?!!! Do no use them!! They are not on top of things... read more
