Although they could not help me with my Carrier unit, they gave me contact info for dealer close by who resolved my issue. Friendly and helpful service dept
$1400 just to replace the starter on the APU unit.
Our company requested a service for a simple filter replacement, which required no more than one hour of labor. This Thermo King location charged us for 3 hours just for the replacement, plus additional unjustified charges they decided to add. A filter that cost $37 ended up costing $1,344 a complete rip-off and an extra level of unprofessionalism, clearly taking advantage of the situation. As a company, we will never use their services again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
The best! My home Thermoking in Roanoke, Va had my unit and failed to completely fix my unit. I was able to get here and they diagnosed and fixed my tripac completely. Selina was so helpful and engaging. The company President, Tim Pugh stopped in and talked with me for a while. That was nice, he cares about the customers and is completely engaged and actively working on customer satisfaction. 👍👍👍👍👍
