RecommendedMy first visit I was in considerable pain and limited mobility. Dr. Ward's first concern was to lesson my pain and with each session, my pain has decreased and mobility increased. Dr. Ward explained how the treatment will resolve the pain and detailed how the assigned exercises contribute toward restoring my ailment and strengthening my muscular balance. In addition he provides feedback on how I am performing my exercises, ensuring proper form and maximum efficacy. Highly recommend.
RecommendedThis is my second time of rehab with Lindsey and her staff and they did a great job of helping me get my shoulder back to preforming the way it should the first time through and are helping get motion going this time there

RecommendedThe folks at Peak Sport and Spine South are top notch! Shaon and Gwen have been great to work with. Keep in mind that although there are many many PT offices with this name, each is quite different in my opinion. I would go back to Peak Sport and Spine South for any future PT needs.
