We purchased a hot tub from Marcus and I’d like to first say what a stand up guy he is. Everything that could go wrong, did. Difficult installation, leaky hot tub(s), warranty claims, the whole nine yards. Marcus was incredibly professional and ended up replacing the original tub entirely. We are appreciative of his decision and commend what a great business Peak Spa Service is! We couldn’t be happier with the new hot tub and enjoy using it almost daily!
Wow, Marcus is a 12/10. He is AMAZING to work with, meets you honestly with exactly where you are at in your hot tub dreams, is super professional, and does a fabulous job. We absolutely love our tub, the site prep and install that Marcus and team did, and the ongoing support provided with chemical maintenance. Can’t recommend enough !!!!!

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. Marcus and Jeff are absolutely phenomenal!! We had a tall task to get our hot tub replaced in our steep mountain backyard in a timely fashion and Peak Spa went above and beyond. I could not be happier with their customer service, friendly faces and more than fair price. I will never buy another hot tub from anyone else! Thank you guys so much! 1000000/10 recommend these guys for all the hot tub needs.
