Can’t say enough about the customer service and appreciation we have for Peak Spa. Marcus and his team are A+ and they have provided hot tub solutions to over 10 of our clients. His support after sale is top notch and has not lessened over time. Highly recommend for the Front Range.
Peak Spa has been amazing to work with. We manage STRs and Peak Spa has outfitted most of them with great quality hot tubs. And the service they provide is like no other. We are located in the mountains, and finding service to the area is hard. Peak Spa is always so willing, reliable, and quick with their services they provide us. They are just an absolute yes from us in every aspect of having a hot tub. 5
The heat went out on our hot tub and we contacted Peak Spa based on a referral to help us. They fixed our heater quickly with no issues. Very professional from the first phone call to problem resolution. I can highly recommend them.
Not a review about the spa services specifically but a review about the employees Jeff and Mitchell! I got stuck in a driveway in Evergreen where they happened to have a job at. They took the time to not only shovel me out but push the car free as well. I’d already been stuck close to two hours and would have been longer waiting on a tow truck to get me back to Englewood. Two selfless angels! Any company should be honoured to have two men with such good hearts working there! 10/10 Five stars for Jeff and Mitchell!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Kirk was amazing. The office was super helpful and agreed to order the part before they came so it could be fixed more quickly. I made it clear that I understood the part was my responsibility if they got out there and determined the issue was something else - a risk on my part to be clear. I was lucky I was correct in the issue because it was a very expensive part. Kirk is straight to the point and gets the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks so much!
