This review is following the exchange of my recalled Philips CPAP ASV (rev00) for the updated version (rev16). I met with Maristella Nandan at the 35ave ne location in Calgary this morning. Maristella provided me with the improved ASV machine in a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable manner. She also gave me detailed instructions to ensure my internet was properly connected to the machine.
