Heather helped us pick the proper machine and mask. She was very informative and answered all of my Mom’s questions and didn’t mind repeating herself so my mom felt confident. Heather was absolutely awesome and provided excellent customer service. Thank you so much!
Kind and helpful staff, but the place is awful for someone sensitive to scents like I am. Strong perfume smell throughout and even the kits to take home for the sleep test reeked of it. I had a headache within minutes. Really disappointing that a clinic dealing with health would use so much scent.
I went to this place in 2015. One of the sleep therapist was awful and rude. Even the receptionist sided with her. She was of Chinese background and never wanted to admit she was wrong. The service that I received was unhelpful and unprofessional. When I had to sign off these papers the therapist didn’t understand that AISH was a form of health insurance. She even thought that after my diagnosis of mild sleep apnea that my life was at risk. Well she is wrong and here I am today with no problems whatsoever.
