I recently had my car towed by this company, on behalf of my bank (by their own error). I was able to figure out this company had my car by using the gps location tool on the myChevy app on my phone. I saw nothing but bad reviews about this company and I thought to myself “I’m never getting my car back”. If I could give zero stars I would. Yes we were in the wrong for my SUV getting repoed, but unfortunately I'm very disappointed. They came a little before midnight to receive my car. found out next morning it was gone but yet the financial company has not received information on who took our SUV, nor did our local p.d. they did show up in a unmarked tow truck. BEWARE: they go to peoples homes in the middle of the night in white, unmarked tow trucks and steal cars they want from driveways. I think they specifically target urban areas as it may be played off as someone just stole it. Then they try to hide them in their junkyard and wait until the heat is off to auction or scrap for parts. If you have ever had your car go missing in the night, it is probably them. this is the worst company ever. My car was repo for two weeks payment they messed up my under protectant and now my car pulls to the right when I drive as well. They took it at 9:56 at night. I picked it up the next day at 2 PM due to their appointments that are needed, which is stupid and never heard of but when I called to make the appointment a very old and ignorant lady answered the phone and didn’t want to help. She then told me I owed her two days worth of holding fee and $90 for something else. But my car wasn’t even ... read more
