Great location and very clean. Rates are reasonable too. Owner is responsive and very helpful.

Peak RV does not have the ability to pro-rate your storage fees once you move out. If you call them and move out on a specific day, and you just paid your bill you will not get reimbursed. I asked about it and they said it's a "System" problem that they can't assign you a specific day. My storage fees are $250 per month and I had to eat half of that due to my move out date. It's the 21st century guys! Do better.
