Dr. Louw met us right where we were at emotionally. My son walked into the office a mess and walked out feeling better than he has in weeks. No gigantic impersonal coalition of a bunch of other doctors. No horrible institutional atmosphere where you feel like just a number among a bunch of other numbers. Dr. Louw's office is small enough that you CAN'T get lost in it. It's not overly decorated. It's quiet and to-the-point.
