I’ve been dealing with what I thought was plantar fasciitis for nearly four months, and it was really affecting my daily life. Dr. Austin Albison at Peak Recovery and Performance was incredible — he took the time to clearly explain the root cause of my pain and helped me understand what was actually going on. The treatments we tried during my first visit made a noticeable difference, and for the first time in months, I feel hopeful. Highly recommend Dr. Albison and his team for anyone dealing with pain or injury!
The appointment started promptly. After I explained the pain I was having he started treatment that improved the issue. He gave me pre-workout exercises to loosen the area prior to more intense exercise. Overall it was very informative. Highly recommend.
