Peak Properties has been a great place to live! The prices are affordable for college living, and the staff has been great to work with. I have lived in a few different places through my time at Ferris and Peak has definitely been the best so far!
Lived here for 2 years while I was in college. Time here was decent but they are super disorganized and money hungry even though almost every house they rent out is trashy and have 0 updates. My first house we had to wait 3 hours after our agreed time of move- in because the carpet cleaners hadn’t even showed up yet and both of my move outs we got charged so much money for things that “weren’t covered in the move in list” but in reality it is impossible to cover all the imperfections in almost every unit. I was previously a tenant with this company and will never be going back. The owner and Brooke are always so kind and helpful, but avoid Tracy if you need anything done. She’s very cruel to tenants and you have to hassle with her for anything to be done in your apartment. I moved into an apartment that wasn’t ready when they said it would be, it was absolutely infested with flies, and it had mold growing all over the wood paneling in the living room. If I could give this place a negative 5 star review I would. Dealing with Tracy on a monthly basis is the bane of my existence. She is rude, unorganized and terrible at her job. In the last month I was basically forced out early from my last apartment by her because they scheduled contractors to renovate the apartment I was in without contacting me.
