There were no problems. By year two everything had gone downhill. Would 100% recommend peak properties for anybody looking for a house to rent. I have had nothing but great experiences! From maintenance to help from the office ladies everything has been exceptional.
I've had a positive experience renting with Peak Properties. They're easy to work with, and when I paid rent on time and followed the lease I had no issues. Maintenance requests I submitted through their system were addressed. Communication still has room to improve, but I noticed it getting better with their new system. When I was looking for an apartment, I explained my situation as a disabled veteran. They worked with me. Once the previous tenant's lease ended, I was able to move in fairly quickly.
