I have rented with Peak Properties for the last two years during my time in college and have had a positive experience. The team has always been professional and easy to communicate with. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were addressed quickly and fixed the first time, which made living here very stress-free. The property itself is well-maintained, and I’ve never had a single major issue. I highly recommend Peak to any students looking for a reliable and quality rental experience!

This is mine and my partners first apartment and Peak properties makes everything super easy! We pay online, call the office during business hours for any reason and they're happy to help, and I honestly feel like their rent prices are more fair than anywhere else that I've seen. I absolutely love my place and I'm very grateful for everything they've provided us!

I would advise not renting from them due to various reasons. Not only are they far from personable, but they are extremely unprofessional as well. From unreasonable charges to lack of maintenance. Employees lack respect and dignity for their tenants. Will show up unnannounced after hours while you arent home and try and show your place without 24 hr notice. Promising you that they’ll leave a good review for future companies you rent from after leaving them once paying off balances due, yet hold it against you 5+ years later ... read more

Never will I use these people. Had a house thar was supposed to be ours since August and then suddenly we are told nope can't have it because it goes to someone already renting from them. Never was told till then that it worked that way. Totally unprofessional. Would have been looking elsewhere if I known that. Don't believe anything is yours till you sign.
