I would put zero stars if that was an option five stars goes to the staff. All the ladies did great -5 stars to doctor Joe Adragna. At one point I felt like he was interrogating me and then told me it’s my fault I’m knee is still destroyed. Dr. Joe adragna is a Shmuck
This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a primary care office. I'm a healthcare professional and have been a patient of 4 different offices in the past decade due to being a student and moving for jobs, and I've never once had an issue. My husband and I both made annual preventive visit appointments with this office. When we arrived, we were told we were not able to do annual visits and had to do new patient visits due to insurance. The management here is unacceptably rude and incompetent. I came there for a referal to a specialist which the PA provided. I was not examined for my condition as she knew it was over her head! She referred me to St Mary's who told me my condition was more serious than they could handle and suggested I be sent to University of Co. I had to constantly call Peak to get them to send the referal. When finally sent, I was contacted by UC and told I couldn't get in for 6 months.
