Peak Printing was disappointing. Print quality inconsistent, colors inaccurate, and cuts uneven. Communication poor, deadlines missed, and reprint requests ignored after payment despite repeated follow-ups
I generally don't do reviews, but since they went out of their way not to help me, I'll make an exception this time. In the past, they were awesome, but those services were simple, such as lamination. They are a FedEx drop-off. I made a mistake, assuming, as a FedEx drop-off location that packaged and sold FedEx shipping, that they would know what they were doing. Unprofessional. Very difficult to communicate with. Dropped the ball on two consecutive orders. When we had issues, instead of correcting the problem the owner told us to go to his competitor.
