I noticed that solar production was down so notified Peak Power and they immediately looked into it and suspected degraded panels from LG(Not a Peak Power issue). They then submitted a warranty claim to LG that was approved, new panels arrived and were installed today by Peak Power! Big thanks to Jay and team for the excellent customer support and resolving this in a timely manner!
I contracted Peak Power 10 years after the initial installation of my solar system. Because of a roof leak I need panels removed and replaced so repairs could be made. They went above and beyond. Appreciate the fact they are an established company that supports their customers during the entire lifecycle of the solar system. A+
Matt Stoutenburg and his team made the solar installation process very easy. His attention to detail in all facets of the process ensured I was educated and understood how solar power works and the benefits to me and my family. After the installation was completed his team took the the time to review all aspects of the installation and most importantly how the emphases app can be used to manage my home’s electricity efficiency. I would highly recommend him and his team for your solar installation.
Peak Power is incredible. Contacted 4 local solar providers, and a friend recommended Peak. Even ran a competitive bid. Peak won on best value. And then over-delivered on each step of the design, install and permission to operate journey. Wonderful local company, staffed by super people. Just wow.
