Although I believe these therapies were helpful in preventing a frozen shoulder and further degradation of my ... read more
Choosing Peak Potential is without a doubt the best thing I have done for my body. In addition to my initial physical complaints, Jesse continues to identify and address several factors that hinder my overall wellbeing. There is no strict plan or regurgitated information. Everything I've been prescribed is customized weekly based on progress. The day-to-day improvements I've been experiencing are incredibly uplifting. I am so thankful to these folks, and I would recommend anyone to them regardless of fitness level.
