I've worked out in more than 10 different gyms in the past 30 years and PPF is head and shoulders above them all. The major reason: very close personal attention to your needs and goals. You get it at the very beginning from a thorough assesment that dictates how your tailored program will evolve. And you get it at every workout because the trainers are always on the floor to answer your questions and to show you how to perform the prescribed exercises. David is all about fundamental, holistic health. He doesn’t cut corners, customizes each client’s plans to their body/experience level/goals, and focuses on healthy, structural change. He does not buy into fads that are mostly designed to sell products vs truly improving people’s health. Before I worked with him, my lower back was in constant pain and prone to spasms.
