Probably the best gym in St. Cloud and the area. The facilities are superb, offering a perfect blend of machine-based workouts and functional training. Upon arrival, you are greeted with a tailored workout plan and a dedicated coach, Dustin (aka THE G.O.A.T. ), who will demonstrate the exercises and motivate you to reach your full potential. As a result, you can expect significant progress in a short period of time ! The atmosphere is also fantastic, with rock music keeping you energized throughout your workout.
If you're looking for a total body workout Peak Physique is the place. The coaches lead, encourage and challenge you throughout the class. I like to challenge myself and with the interdiction of some additional weight machines will bring it up to another level. The comradery with the coaches and members you work out with makes it fun.
I would highly recommend trying out Peak. I had never been to a gym before, had never done strength training, and had never worked with a trainer before. At Peak, the trainers show you how to do each exercise and give modifications to tailor to each person's ability. They truly care to help each person improve themselves. I started with Peak in its earlier days and have recently returned in June. I absolutely love showing up to class, the coaches are ready to go with your workout and you don’t have to plan or think! It’s a great workout every time, and the people who go are friendly and encouraging.
I have loved getting involved at Peak! While the coaches are incredible, the workouts are good and sweaty…. What I love most is the community that has been built. I couldn’t be more grateful!
