Kind, compassionate, attentive and professional. This office and it's amazing staff are a delight to have in your care, namely to Curtis for his understanding and rational approach to recovery and to Morgan for being quick, flexible and efficient with scheduling. A path to physical recovery is made that much more possible with the help of this team.
The stalker calling over appointment confirmation is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Why was I called 3 times in five minutes yesterday? Three voicemails, AFTER receiving the appointment confirmed text. Giving strong ambulance chaser vibes.
This is my first experience with physical therapy. Mark, one of the physical therapists, is excellent. He is very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. Morgan, at the front desk, is very kind and personable. The facility is very clean and equipped without all the equipment necessary to help you recover. The location is easy to find. At first I chose them based on my insurance company’s recommendation and was hoping it was a good facility. I am very happy with my decision to come here.
I had jaw surgery early in the year. Awhile later the surgeon sent me to Peak Physical Therapy to re-learn how to open my mouth enough to eat or go to the dentist after being rubber banded shut for months. When I started I couldn't even get a spoon in my mouth. Mark was really great. He worked with me, encouraged me, gave me suggestions to do at home. He did all of that with compassion and patience. I suffered an ankle injury back in March, but Curtis did a great job with getting me back on my feet. After two months I feel way better than before. He listens to your needs and is very patient when working with his patience. I recommend Peack Physical Therapy and Wellness to any person out there looking to find a PT.
