Highly recommend Peak Physical Therapy, specifically Nadine in Norwell. I have had three kids and needed some pelvic floor help, and in just a few appointments she has taught me some exercises and ways to help breathe, tighten, and strengthen. She really is a subject matter expert and lets you open up and feel comfortable talking about areas of concern in a safe setting. She has great bedside manner and is a mom herself so she understands! Facility is always clean and communication is fantastic.
Just started using Peak. So far they are by far, hands down, the best physical therapy establishment I've been to. They are very professional and knowledgeable, and the workouts and exercises are detailed enough to work on whatever issues you may need to get you back to living your best life. Thank you, Peak!
