Amy and her staff are amazing! I have been dealing with hip pain for quite sometime and was told hip replacement was my only option until I met Amy. She has taught me so much about the mechanics of my body and how to properly stretch, strengthen and correct my posture which has helped to alleviate a great deal of pain.
